The bedrooms at Lakenham are all spacious, light and maintained to the highest standard with several rooms overlooking the beautiful Pavilion Gardens. We have 4 double rooms and 3 family rooms which can also be let as double or twin rooms. All have en-suite or private bathrooms and are provided with hospitality trays and satellite tv.

Reservations
We respectfully remind you that a verbal or written
reservation constitutes a legal contract.

Deposit / Credit Card
A deposit of £50, or credit card details are required for all bookings in order to secure the room. Please note that all deposits are non- refundable.

Cancellation
In the event of less than 48 hours' notice of cancellation of your booking we would make every effort to re-let the accommodation. However, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the booking if the room is not subsequently re-let.

Payment
We prefer payment of your final account by cash, cheque or debit card. If paying by cheque, this should be made payable to 'Lakenham'. Payments by credit card carry a 2% surcharge.

Damage
In the event of damage to Guest House property, we reserve the right to charge to replace, repair or professionally clean the item concerned. There will be a charge of £15.00 for lost keys.

Arrival/Departure Times
For the convenience of incoming guests, we require rooms to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Later departure times may, however, be possible on request. Earliest arrival time is 3.00pm (except by prior arrangement). Please telephone us if you anticipate arriving after 6.00pm, otherwise your room may be re-let.

Car Parking
There is ample parking for one car per room. Please park on the right hand side of the drive on arrival. There is additional free parking (subject to availability) on Burlington Road.

Smoking Policy
Guests are allowed to smoke in their rooms only.
